To acknowledge what is deep in our hearts.
Are you aware of your "blind spots?"
We have our defense mechanisms and the ability to rationalize away personal issues that would require our careful attention.
Moreover, we can often see quite clearly what others are doing wrong but often fail to acknowledge our own struggles or our even complexity.
We talk about "this" being wrong with the system, the government, the world or even our workplace.
We fail to acknowledge what is inside our hearts and to see that we ourselves contribute to the problem.
We label other people's behavior or even condemn them.
Have we tried to listen and discern, we can be contributory factors to what we dont approve of.
If there is sonething wrong with them. It might be us?
Today, i challenge you with humility, stretch out your arms towards the other person and listen with your heart!
