I would like to personally dedicate this segment not only to my own group but to-all participants and the facilitators.
It is not only in times of difficulty, transition and the existing pandemic that all of us are going through, that we ask some fearful questions at the back of our minds.
These questions can take many forms but all of these have something to do with security, safety, and certainty issues.
“ What if i get infected with this virus?”
“What opportunities and difficulties will come out of the distance learning mode?
“What is really worth doing?
“What if the things I really believed in does not stand up?
When these questions come we should not brush them aside. These questions can help us to face our situations, evaluate where our priorities and securities lie.
Fearful questions may stop us from what we should do, but it is with words of love and hope that can draw us to new possibilities.
We should be reminded that hidden in us - there are levels of not knowing, not understanding and not feeling which during moments of great crises can change to the fore our dormant gifts, suppressed interests and new abilities.
The psycho social support training may seem too short, but the experience each one has, gave us a sense of significance that is recognizant to our own self worth and confidence that we can help one another and others as well.
“ We are frontliners , as well, hands together may we remain vital and empowering, be an inspiration to-one another, work with purpose and direction.”
In our vocation, so much is required, let us continuously be the center of being loved and nourished and to never lose that perspective.
