Maturity has its lessons to learn.
Our pattern of physical and social development go through stages, we grow from childhood to adulthood to old age.
When we become psychologically mature then we can leave our childhood phase behind us.
More significantly, maturity involves lessons learned and difficulties overcome.
We have issues of commitment and aasuming we were firmly in place with our values, events occur, persons we encounter will shake us into difficult circumstances and questions us on what we do and we beckon ourselves to be childlike once more.
This does not mean that we become immature, but instead to be open, to learn some more and to be led to the right path.
When you were still a child, you were weak, fragile and innocent,
But now, you have become strong, matured and happy.
Sometimes apparently our weakness can be our strength.
"Being childlike can be a powerful attitude after all."
