“Letting Go”


 


 

Did we ever care for what we have?

Did we hold on to relationships of love, companionship maintained , possessions and gifts never disposed of or taken lightly?

There are many important things , values in our lives that we need to hold on to and be guarded.


Still, there are rhythms of our inner life which we need to let go, but surprisingly we hold on to...

We prefer old things which are loved than new ones acquired.

We hold on to old behavioural patterns which we know have become harmful for us,

We hold on to old hurts and disappointments even though these are poisoning our inner core of well being.


We need to learn how to let go, even if it means we experience hurting.

We can fill the emptiness felt with beautiful things!


We need to be strong, by letting go!
